Before you start assuming things, I'm not asking for me. My best friend is a 14 year old girl and her boyfriend is 18 and she says that they have sex all the time and that there are no consequences( other than stds teenage pregnancy ect) . What would happen to her boyfriend if they were caught having sex? And in our state 18 is the legal age.
