We think differently, we act differently, we talk differently we do things differently. How could we possibly get along with this person if they were the same sex as us. So how being the opposite sex changes everything. It's a bunch of different reasons based on hormones, impulses in the brain, their physical attractiveness, behaviour, personality and interests...



Some men and women think remarkably similar, act in the same manner, and there are a lot of tomboyish girls, and retarded guys like me who adore little-cutesy-random-things.



Gender plays an integral role in who I choose to befriend, though. I only make friends with people I have had a crush on or find attractive in terms of personality and appearance.. In other words, they're only my friend if they're someone I care about a lot and who I could imagine having as more than just a friend. If I don't care about someone on that level, then they're just another person to me and I don't really see the value in knowing them, having them around, or even spending time with them.. In fact there isn't any value it's just a waste of time!



It's good to find people with similar interests, thought patterns, personality, and behaviour, everything that counts, but with enough small differences to keep things interesting. I mean if you could clone yourself as the opposite gender, you'd probably find that person to be increasingly boring over time. =PHow can members of the opposite sex fall in love when men and women are so different?I don't think anyones gender should really matter. As long as you enjoy that person's company then why should gender matter? People develope bonds with their animals not because they are different, but simply because they care about their pets. I have also seen people just get along with each other because sometimes thats what you have to do. Men and women both exist in this world and we all have to accept the fact that we all have to get alone with each other. That's just life. Also there are just times when Men and Women do have the same interests and truly understand one another and that's called love.
