Im looking at some sex positions in cosmo and im thinkin to myself, how do people have sex in water without feeling uncomfortable? I done that before and regretted it.. is there anyway that i can still do so without getting an infection from it or feeling uncomfortable? What do you think?How can i have sex in water without getting a yeast infection or UTI?Honestly, Cosmo is a really bad place to look for legitimate sex tips. Having sex in the water is bad idea for numerous reasons. There's the possibility of infections from all the bacteria in water that may be pushed inside you. There's the possibility of an infection from that water washing out your natural vaginal bacteria, which disrupts your balance and causes yeast/bacterial infections. There's the high likelihood that the water will wash away your lubricating fluids and make sex very uncomfortable. And then there's the idea of having not just water, but air accidentally pushed up inside of you, which can cause an aneurysm (air bubble in the brain/heart), and this can actually cause death.
It's a novel concept, but really not worth the risks or the hassle, don't you think? Human sex was just not designed to happen underwater.
The closest thing I can think of that would work would be laying over the edge of a pool side or stair or something, and having the guy stand in the water and thrust into you.
