Well during pregnancy it is normal that your sex drive gets increased or decreased. If you are in the first trimester than it is completely normal because of all the nausea and fatigue. But in the second trimester when nausea had subdued your sex drive will increase. Estrogen is doing its work so don't worry. The one and only solution to this problem is to explain some things to your partner and to talk with them, basicly communication is the solution. But remember, sex during pregnancy is the best sex you will ever experience, because of all the hormones. But don't do it in missionary position, and don't have oral sex, or if you want oral sex so much, say to your partner that he doesn't blow air in your vagina because that can cause complications with the pregnancy and can cause air embolisms which means that the blood vessels of your baby become blocked by air, which can be potentially fatal to the child and the mother. What can i do about increasing my sex drive during pregnancy?During pregnancy numerous hormones are released into your body and certain hormones are released that decrease your sex drive to protect the baby. Also, orgasms are similar to contraction which could lead you to miscarriage whether you have sex one time or 30 times.
There is no way to increase your sex drive and your bf needs to suck it up, ask him what is more important, sex or the life of the child you are carrying? I think the answer to this question is obvious. What can i do about increasing my sex drive during pregnancy?
Normally, women decrease their sex frequency in pregnancy though not everyone does. Often women feel nauseous, bloated, unhappy with their body image and even guys worry about "hurting" the baby on occasion. So, what you are going through is normal. You have to decide if you want to just have "pity" sex for him or not. My suggestion is just to be honest with him and explain the situation. Hope this helps, Daniel Laury MDWhat can i do about increasing my sex drive during pregnancy?First of all stop blaming yourself and tell your BF to quit being selfish and just thinking of him self. Believe me...over the course of your pregnancy your hormones are going to be going crazy...the first trimester is the worse...the second you are going to feel actually quite good and really want sex...tell him that...it takes time for your body to adjust to being pregnant and at only 6 weeks it is only the beginning...it will get better but for now do not worry about your BF take care of you and soon enough your sex drive will return....and remember...after the baby comes it will be 6 weeks again minimum before you are able to resume normal sexual activity...just getting your BF ready for what is to come..lol....really he should be more understanding and you definitely do not need the added stress of a BF who is not supportive....it is hard at the beginning your body is going through so many changes...you should just show this question to him so that he can see for himself that he is causing you more stress by making you feel guilty for something that you have absolutely no control over...let him see...perhaps he will understand more...congratulations on the coming of your new little baby, take care and no worries as far as sex right now...it will change. What can i do about increasing my sex drive during pregnancy?
I think you have better not do more sex during pregnancy for it may be dangerour for the child. what's more, you and your bf need to pay more attention to the child or others.
I went through this three times. You can't really change it. You bf needs to learn some things. This pregnancy is about both of you. Tell him to get online and read.
