How do I fine a good attorney?

Boost Mobile is adding the theft of Boost Mobile cell phones How... you may ask. On the 7th of March, my phone was left/stolen at Stake a Shake on Hamilton Rd. Columbus Ohio. First problem with Boost Mobile was not being able to use secondary/Mothers Boost Mobile phone to report/ stop phone service/redeem new phone. System will not let me through to speak to the customer service.

Later on the 10th of March, I was able to reach a non Boost Mobile phone, were I spent 2 hours trying to reach customer care. Three times calling, waiting, 15 to 20 minute only to be come booted out of the service again. Finally, I reached someone. The representative told me that my pin an service had been breeched.

Then super upset I requested to speak to a supervisor. His name was David I.D. # 7032877. David tells me that my service had been transferred to a new phone number and a new service that I may not continue to know any other information. How could this happen?

Boost Mobile is adding the theft of Boost Mobile cell phones. The person that had stolen my phone on the 7th of March called Boost Mobile requesting my pin number (which is the last 4 digits of my Social security number). Once Boost Mobile transfer my information to the theft, to access my personal file, to change my pin, and my cell phone number they were able to steal/ use my phone and services. Because I do not know, the new pin number boost mobile will not give me the information that I need to interrupt my services, or use my issuance to replace my phone.

I now question why when I opened my account with Boost Mobile I was required to give three are four secret security questions (ex. What is your hometown?) 2.(What is your favorite pet name?) Boost Mobile failed me!

I am un-employed, new mother with a new 13-day-old baby boy. My limited resources will not allow me to get a second phone. I pray I do not need to call-911 or do I need to call ACLU.

The thought of someone out there using my phone/Boost Mobile service with my identity with that company is scary. I am 18 years old student so what can I do?

Sincerely,

Shanekqua Coates

It sounds like what happened was that your phone was stolen, and the thief changed your personal information on the account, so that you can no longer access your account, correct?

Just head over to Boost Mobile at 3350 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus - (614) 265-9110 or 985 Alum Creek Drive, Columbus - (614) 252-5963 or 4378 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus - (614) 471-5010 and let them know what happened. They can look up your account using your ID as proof it's you, and they can straighten this all out.

Good luck.
