Me and my boyfriend are planning to have sex in his car, in this dead end road almost nobody uses. ive done it about 5 times. first of all you probably wont get caught. you should make sure the neighborhood isnt hot boxed and make sure its not dangerous because cops patrol only the dangerous neighborhoods. don't do it in front of a house obviously either. i usually do it behind a closed office building off the road. the answer to your question varies. most would say its not a crime and warn you, but if the guys an asshole he could nail you with indecent exposure and arrest you. i would say go for it, it isnt as risky as you thinkWhat happens if you get caught having sex in a car?A ticket for indicent exposure in a public place (since a road is a public place).
