How to have sex without depending on condoms to avoid pregnancy?

Is there a higher chance to prevent pregnancy from occurring by following the menstrual cycle?

If so, please explain to me when is the safest to have sex. I'll give the example.

Her period was on the 1st January. Let's say her next period will be on the 29th January.

When is the best time for us to have sex without depending on any birth control or condoms?

Please tell me, thank you!How to have sex without depending on condoms to avoid pregnancy? The question for you is, why do you want to avoid birth control? Is it a question of access? There are more forms of birth control than condoms and prescription hormones, such as the sponge and spermicides.

If you insist on having sex without any std or pregnancy prevention, there are some ways to lesson the chances of pregnancy. Females lubrication changes in color and texture during the menstrual cycle. Generally, women are at a more fertile part of their cycle, or ovulating, when the fluid is clear and slippery, and less so when it is more opaque/white and thicker. There are kits available over the counter that track a woman's ovarian cycle to predict ovulation.

Checking the vaginal mucosa and ovulation are part of what is called the rhythm method.

Most of the time, a woman is not fertile while on her period as well as about 14 days before, but this is not always so. Not all women have a 28 day cycle, or even a regular cycle. And even with women who have a regular cycle, many things, from stress to medications, can effect the cycle of a woman, making her period early, late, or skipped completely, as well as effect the time of ovulation.

Pulling out is a way to lessen the chance of pregnancy. This can be a risky method as it depends entirely on the timing and control of the man. As long as the man pulls completely out before ejaculation, pregnancy can not take place. But it is easy for many men to get lost in the moment and not pull out before ejaculation begins.

Remember, it is called "Safer Sex" no because while there are ways to reduce risk, there is still risk.

If you don't want to get pregnant, you should really take responsible steps to prevent this and find a method of birth control you are comfortable with. How to have sex without depending on condoms to avoid pregnancy?
A person with a predictable regular 28 day cycle just needs to note that ovulation will be around Day 14, in this case 15th January. Avoid sex 3 days before and 4 days after and you should be safe. There is also the mucus method which shows clear, stretchy mucus down there on the most fertile days in mid-cycle, and cloudy, thicker mucus on the safer infertile days.

THIS PREVENTS PREGNANCY, NOT DISEASE.How to have sex without depending on condoms to avoid pregnancy? You can become pregnant at any time during a cycle. Sperm can live inside of the body for almost a week before the egg is fertilized. If you're going to have sex use a condom. Not having sex is the only way you'll have a chance of not getting pregnant if you don't use some form of birth control.
The most fertile time is in the middle of the cycle. The rhythm method is NOT foolproof!!! It should only be used my people who are OK with possibly getting pregnant. And don't forget about STDs!!

Always have safe sex! Better yet, get your kicks online ;)

AIDS AIDS AIDS looking for a goodtime!
Unless she is taking regular ovulation tests (expensive!), there is no way to be sure when her 'safe' time is. On average, most women with 28 day cycles will ovulate around day 14, but this is an average and it can change every month, and be different for every woman.

Don't risk it - I see you are considering 'higher chances' of preventing pregnancy - if you are not ready to be a father, then take precautions! Otherwise, there'll be one more abortion to add to the stats, or one more unwanted baby. There are many contraceptive options available to you both;

The combi-pill. One pill every day for 21 days, 7 days off, then start again. Very effective when used correctly

The min-pill (or progesterone-only pill), one pill taken at the same time every day.

Depo-provera - an injection administered every 12 weeks. Can stop periods, or at least ease PMS.

Implant - Inserted in the upper arm, some brands are effective for up to 3-4 years.

UID - Inserted in the womb, can be effective for up to 5 years.

Condoms - you know.

Female condoms/diaphrams - non hormonal

Spermicide - to be used alongside a barrier method of contraception.

Hormonal contraceptives DO NOT protect against STDs and STIs. If you haven't been tested, and/or your partner hasn't been tested, it is not recommended to have sex without a barrier contraceptive until you do get the all-clear. Remember that you do not need to have had full sex to contract an STD or STI.
